Patita Tarasana (Fallen Triangle Pose/Fallen Star Pose) is a combination of Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) and Vasisthasana (Side Plank Pose). The practice of this pose is done as part of the yoga sequences for arms and shoulders and for the core. It is also a fun way to bring creativity into the sequence.
